Ordering is done on-line through a secure order processing system. We safeguard your information and keep it private and secure!

Products are ordered by clicking on the Add To Cart buttons. You can review your items in the Shopping Cart and add to them or remove them as you wish.

Note that many products are sold BELOW LIST PRICE ---- once you add a product to the Shopping Cart you will see YOUR PRICE! And you can remove items from your Shopping Cart at any time!

Can’t Find The Items You’re Looking For?

ProFishingSupply has access to thousands of products and accessories that aren’t listed on our website. If you can’t find the items you’re looking for, contact us at info@profishingsupply.com and we’ll look into it for you.

How To Pay

ProFishingSupply accepts payments through PayPal. You may pay by Credit Card or by Check through PayPal. You pay no fees for using PayPal!

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a Minnesota address are charged sales tax as required by state law. Outside of Minnesota you will not have to pay sales tax.

Shipping Information

ProFishingSupply offers Free Shipping on ground shipments to the continental United States.

Express shipping is available on most items. Please contact us for details and pricing.

In-stock orders are shipped the day we receive your order, or the following day. We ship using a variety of carriers including the Post Office, UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL. Standard delivery is typically 3-7 days depending upon your location. Shipment tracking information is available.

Contact us immediately if your shipment is lost or damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our goal is your satisfaction!

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our goal is your satisfaction!

Returning a product that is not damaged or defective is allowed only under the following conditions:

You must contact us prior to sending a return, for a Return Merchandise Authorization Code and other instructions.
Returns are allowed for 30 days after receipt of the product.
Returned products must be complete (ie. include all components) and be in the original packaging and resalable --- opened or used products can not be returned.
Returned items may be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
Credits for returned items will not be issued until the returned item is received, inspected, and restocked.

We suggest you keep all shipping materials and product packaging in case you need to return a product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Warranty and Service

Products are covered by manufacturer warranty.

Backorders

ProFishingSupply works with an extensive network of dealers and distributors to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship when your order is placed. Backorders occur from time to time on certain products however and we will notify you of delays. Please contact us if you have questions about product availability.
