Traditionally, using a higher insulation value increases warmth. But doing that also adds weight and unnecessary bulk. PrimaLoft® Cross Core™ Insulation Series fuses existing PrimaLoft insulation fibers with Aerogel, a NASA-developed technology known for being one of the best insulators on the planet. Comprised of more than 95% air, Aerogel is a highly porous, lightweight structure that has an incredible thermal barrier. By utilizing this technology, the Apex Suit can achieve unprecedented levels of lightweight warmth at only 80g.
Rest assured the Apex Suit is loaded with the same Sureflote® Flotation Assist Technology as all our other suits!
The Apex Jacket features a 3-point adjustable hood, and reflective elements throughout are critical design elements that keep you safe and protected.
Apex Bibs feature SuperFabric™ reinforced knees which provide a more flexible yet more durable barrier between your bibs and the ice. Fully adjustable elastic shoulder straps with silicone underside help grip your shoulders to work with you throughout the day.
